We are based at Cigma building, Door 4A, Nakuru City, Kenya. You can visit us for pick-ups, coffee experiences or roastery tours.

Monday to Saturday (7:30AM - 5:00PM). Closed on Sundays and Public holidays.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an SMS or email confirmation.

We accept: M-Pesa Till/Paybill, Bank transfers, Debit & Credit cards, Cash on Delivery(only within Nakuru City).

Special / Custom orders require prepayment.

Coffee beans and ground coffee: roasted and packed within 24 hours.

Equipment and merchandise: processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed after 4:00PM are processed the next business day.

During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Yes! We deliver across Kenya and East Africa.

Within Kenya; 1 - 3 business days via G4S, Fargo, Wells Fargo, and other local riders.

East Africa (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan): 3 - 7 business days via DHL or regional couriers.

Delivery fees depend on location and order weight.

Yes! Orders placed before 12:00PM qualify for same-day delivery within Nakuru City. Delivery fees apply.

Orders can be cancelled before roasting or dispatch.

Once roasting or shipping has begun, cancellation is not possible.

Coffee beans, grounds, and drinks: Not returnable due to food safety. Refunds only for wrong or damaged items (report within 24 hours).

Equipment & merchandise: Eligible for replacement or refund if defective, damaged or wrong item delivered.

Replacements are prioritized. Refunds are processed only if a suitable replacement is unavailable.

Replacements can be the same product, an equivalent, or one of the lower value (difference refunded)
