Welcome to Roast Republik! This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. We are committed to providing you with the freshest coffee and the best service possible.
1.
Ordering process
- Orders can be placed through our Roast Republik online shop or via whatsapp.
- After placing your order, you will receive an SMS or Email confirmation.
- If an item is unavailable, our team will contact you immediately for an alternative or refund.
- Orders confirmed and paid for before 4:00PM (EAT) are processed the same day.
- Orders after 4:00PM are processed the next business day.

Payment methods
- We accept M-Pesa Till / Paybill, Bank transfers, Debit & Credit cards, Cash on delivery(within Nakuru city only).
- Special / custom orders require prepayment.
3.
Processing time
- Fresh coffee beans / grounds are roasted and packed within 24 hours.
- Merchandise and equipment orders are prepared within 1 business day.
- During peak months (Nov - Jan), processing times may be slightly longer.
4.
Delivery & Shipping Options
Within Nakuru City
- Standard Delivery: Within 24 hours.
- Express Delivery: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00PM
- Cash on Delivery: Available
- Pickup point: Roast Republik, Cigma Building, Door 4E, Nakuru city
Rest of Kenya
- We ship using reliable courier partners (G4S, Fargo, Wells Fargo, and other trusted rider services).
- Delivery Time: 1 - 3 business days
- Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout or confirmed before dispatch
- Tracking: Sent via SMS / Whatsapp after dispatch
East African Region
- Shipping to Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, and South Africa via DHL and regional couriers.
- Delivery Time: 3 - 7 business days
- Cost: Based on weight & destination
5.
Tracking your order
- You will receive: A tracking code or Rider contact details.
- For help tracking your order, contact customer care.
6.
Delivery Delays
- Delays may occur due to: Weather, Courier backlogs, Public holidays, Incorrect or incomplete address.
- We always communicate updates promptly.
7.
Failed Delivery or Wrong Address
- If delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, a second delivery attempt will be arranged. Additional fees may apply.
- Please double check your address before confirming your order.
8.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Coffee Beans & Drinks
- Not eligible for return or exchange due to food safety.
- Refunds available only if: Wrong items is delivered or Product arrives damaged (report within 24hours).
Equipment and Merchandise
- Eligible for return / exchange within 7 days if: unused, in original packageing, defective or incorrect
- Refunds processed within 3 -5 business days.
Order cancellation
- You may cancel an order before roasting or dispatch.
- Once roasting has started or shipping has been initiated, cancellation is not possible.
